Job Title:Team Member Department(s):Home Decor

Overview:Responsible for assisting guests with department relevant product solutions - including home decor items such as lighting, vanity, closet storage and toilets.

Essential Duties:

Advise customers with the proper products to successfully complete their project. Basic to advanced product knowledge in the areas of selection of product, complimentary products etc. Stock and maintain retail product. Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner. Participate in all team meetings and product training. Job Particulars

Must be willing to work Saturdays and evenings until 7pm. Education, Experience, and Skills

High School or equivalent education. Basic understanding of customer needs in home decor. Ability to make sound and confident recommendations to customers in regards to items such as a vanity, lighting, closet storage etc. items. Ability to provide a great customer experience in a retail environment. Adept listener with a teachable attitude. Proven and reliable work ethic. Flexibility to work in an often fast-paced changing environment. Proficient computer skills.
