Oversee all Kitchen and bath installations Periodic site visits to include the first day of project start and final wrap up visit when job is completed. Final walk thru and punch list with customer on large jobs Oversee the installation to insure proper workmanship and product installation. Oversee the scheduling of shower door and countertop templates which includes forecasting when the template can be done in order to ensure continuous job flow with minimal delays/downtime. Make sure the administrative assistant has been notified of when jobsite will be ready for template so it can be scheduled Stay in constant contact with contractors to ensure they have what they need to maintain a professional and quality installation. Communicate with customers and address any issues during the installation process. Communicate with install manager and team members any issues or concerns with an installation

Oversee service/warranty work Assess what needs to be done and determine the course of action. Assign a contractor to make necessary repairs. Supervisor may need to make necessary repairs and small jobs as needed Follow up with cause of service/warranty work and determine what can be done if anything to prevent future issues. Product failure Workmanship issue Customer abuse Address workmanship issues with contractors. Assist estimator when needed for large measures & take on estimating role when they are on vacation or leave of absence
